Role Description
The Assistant Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Madurai. The individual in this role will support day-to-day store operations, including supervising staff, monitoring inventory levels, ensuring proper merchandising, and overseeing cash and billing procedures. The Assistant Manager will help maintain service standards, handle customer escalations, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.



This role also involves assisting in sales planning, tracking performance metrics, and coordinating with senior management on operational improvements. The position requires active floor presence, regular reporting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet business and customer satisfaction targets.
