About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Backend Developer to build and maintain the core

infrastructure that powers our platforms. You will be designing scalable microservices,

managing cloud infrastructure on AWS, and wiring up complex data pipelines. If you have a

proven track record of handling high-volume transactions, subscriptions, and secure user

data, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

System Architecture:
Design, build, and maintain high-performance APIs and

microservices using Python (FastAPI/Django) and Go (Golang).

Payment & Subscription Logic:
Architect and integrate complex payment gateways

(e.g., Razorpay, phonepe, Cashfree), handling webhooks, automated reconciliations,

and subscription lifecycle events.

Security & Auth:
Implement robust authentication and authorization systems

(OAuth2, JWT, SSO, RBAC).

AWS Infrastructure:
Provision and manage cloud resources (EC2, S3, RDS,

Lambda, API Gateway) ensuring high availability and cost optimization.

Data Integration:




Build automated data pipelines and integrate with third-party APIs,

CRMs, and analytics platforms.

Database Management:
Model complex relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL

(MongoDB/Redis) databases, optimizing queries for speed and scale.

What We're Looking For

3–4 years of backend engineering experience with production-level proficiency in

both Python
and
Go
.

Hands-on experience architecting and deploying serverless and containerized

applications (Docker, ECS, or EKS) on
AWS
.

Demonstrated experience integrating major payment gateways and handling the

edge cases of digital monetization and compliance.

Solid understanding of web security best practices (OWASP) and data privacy

standards.

Experience setting up robust CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).

A pragmatic problem-solver who balances technical debt with the need for rapid

feature delivery.
