We are seeking a self-driven AI Engineer, with
3-5 years of experience,
to be a key member of our Data & AI practice. The role focuses on developing AI applications and developing cloud-native solutions.

You Will Work On
We help many of our clients in building advanced analytics solutions (from traditional ML to deep learning, Computer Vision, Gen AI & Automation). You will work on some of the cutting-edge AI technologies to build meaningful products & solutions.

What You Will Do (Responsibilities)
- Perform work both independently and collaboratively as a project member.
- Collaborate with Product Management team, elicit GenAI use case specific requirements, explore and evaluate approaches
- Design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI applications for real-world business problems such as risk analysis, information search, audit & compliance checks etc.
- Own the end-to-end AI lifecycle: requirements, solution design, model/tech selection, prompt engineering /optimization, deployment, monitoring and continuous improvement. Own the end-to-end AI lifecycle:

- Build and orchestrate Agentic AI systems using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Autogen, or similar, enabling reasoning, planning, and tool usage.
- Develop scalable GenAI services using Python, REST/GraphQL APIs, background jobs, and event-driven systems.
- Deploy GenAI solutions to production using cloud-native architectures, ensuring: Security, scalability, low latency, and cost optimization Responsible AI practices (guardrails, moderation, data privacy)
- Apply MLOps/LLMOps best practices including CI/CD for GenAI workflows, prompt versioning, experiment tracking, monitoring for hallucinations, token usage etc.
- Explore recent tools, technologies, papers, frameworks in Gen AI domain.
