Role DescriptionAssistant Creative Director

The
Assistant Creative Director
will support the development, direction, and execution of creative concepts across digital campaigns, branding, social media, video, 3D, and AI-powered content.

This is a hands-on creative role for someone who can move between
concept development, visual direction, video, 3D, and emerging AI technologies
. The ideal candidate should understand not only how to create visually strong work,



but also how creative execution connects with brand strategy, audience, and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and visual directions for digital campaigns, brands, social media, and marketing initiatives.
- Lead and support creative execution across
graphic design, video, motion graphics, 3D visualisation, and AI-generated content
.
- Create, edit, and direct
AI-powered video and visual content
using relevant generative AI tools and workflows.
- Develop and oversee
3D product visualisations, environments, renders, animations, and creative compositions
.
- Review creative work and provide transparent, constructive feedback to designers, video editors, 3D artists, and other creative team members.
- Translate marketing briefs and business objectives into compelling visual concepts and narratives.
- Maintain consistency across brand identity, visual language, storytelling
