Role Overview

Eksure is looking for an experienced Claims Qualified
to manage and coordinate claims across
Commercial / Non-EB insurance portfolios
, including Fire, Marine, Property, Liability, Workmen Compensation, Engineering, etc. The candidate will coordinate with clients, insurers, surveyors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and smooth claim settlement.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage
end-to-end claims
from intimation to settlement.
- Coordinate with
clients, insurers, surveyors, loss assessors,



and other stakeholders
.
- Review claim documents and ensure compliance with
policy terms and conditions
.
- Follow up on
survey reports, claim assessments, approvals, queries, and settlements
.
- Monitor claim status and ensure adherence to
TATs and service standards
.
- Maintain accurate
claim records, trackers, and MIS
.
- Identify and resolve claim-related issues through effective coordination and escalation.
- Provide regular and proactive
claim updates to clients
.
- Build strong relationships with clients, insurers, and service partners.
