Role Description
The ANCHOR–PRODUCER – DELHI role at Pragyan Impact Solutions is a full time, on-site position based in Noida. The role involves anchoring and presenting news and current affairs content, preparing scripts, and coordinating with editorial teams to ensure accurate and impactful storytelling. The Anchor–Producer will be responsible for researching topics, developing program segments, and working closely with reporters and producers to create engaging broadcast content aligned with the organization’s mission.



Daily tasks include reviewing news wires and field reports, conducting interviews, moderating discussions, and overseeing the production flow from pre-show planning to post-show analysis. The role also requires collaboration with technical teams to ensure smooth broadcasting and adherence to ethical, non-partisan journalistic standards.

Qualifications

✅ 2–5 years of experience in content production, anchoring, or digital media

✅ Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills

✅ Strong on-camera presence with confidence in presenting content

✅ Creative thinker with excellent scriptwriting and storytelling abilities

✅ Prior experience in digital media, news, current affairs, or political communication is preferred
