We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Growth Executive who can manage performance marketing, social media, content strategy and lead generation to increase online visibility, user acquisition and business growth.

Key Responsibilities -

1. Performance Marketing
- Plan and manage campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads and YouTube Ads.
- Target high-intent audiences and generate quality leads.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets.

2. Lead Generation & User Acquisition
- Generate qualified leads and increase website/app users.
- Improve conversion rates and overall user acquisition.
- Identify effective digital channels for business growth.

3. Social Media Marketing
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Develop social media strategies and campaigns.
- increase reach, engagement and audience growth.

4. Content Strategy
- Create and manage weekly/monthly content calendars.
- Plan Reels, posts, stories, videos and educational content.
- Coordinate with the team editors when required.

5. Brand Awareness
- Build a strong and recognizable digital brand presence.




- Plan campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement.

6. Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor GA4, Google Ads and Meta Ads performance.
- Track leads, conversions, CPL, CAC, ROAS and traffic.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.

7. Market Research
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities and recent marketing opportunities.
- Test new platforms, content formats and campaign strategies.
