Business Growth Manager

Hybrid Arks is a new age, digital marketing and creative agency working across digital marketing, branding, social media, web development, creative projects, events and emerging technologies such as 3D printing. It also has plans to launch its own Fashion and Accessories online store and already has it's own community, The Hyark, in which events like Open Mics, Sing alongs, Art & Craft workshops are being organized.

We are looking for a high-energy, proactive and ambitious person to work directly with the CEO and become part of the core team.

You will act as a deciding authority and execution specialist, helping drive business growth, client acquisition, operations, projects and new initiatives.

What You’ll Do

Business Growth & Sales
- Find and research potential clients and business opportunities.
- Conduct outreach through calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, networking and referrals.
- Build and manage the sales pipeline.
- Attend client meetings and discovery calls.
- Prepare pitch decks, proposals and presentations.




- Pitch Hybrid Arks' services and ideas to clients.
- Follow up with prospects and help convert them into paying clients.
- Build long-term client and business relationships.

Client & Project Management
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the creative/marketing team.
- Assist with marketing, branding and campaign strategies.
- Coordinate deliverables, timelines and client communication.
- Attend client meetings and presentations.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and long-term retainers.

Events, Workshops & Recent Initiatives
- Plan and execute 3D printing workshops, open mics, sing-alongs and other events.
- Coordinate venues, vendors, artists, partners, registrations and logistics.
- Promote events and help drive registrations/revenue.
- Explore sponsorships, collaborations and partnerships.
- Help develop new services, workshops, products and business opportunities.
