Role Description
The Human Resources Manager is a full time, on-site role located in the Greater Delhi Area. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. The Human Resources Manager will manage HR policies and procedures, ensure compliance with local labor regulations, and maintain accurate employee records. Daily activities include partnering with department leaders on workforce planning,



addressing employee concerns, coordinating training and development initiatives, and supporting a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The role also involves managing HR documentation, handling payroll inputs and benefits-related queries, and providing HR reports and insights to senior management.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Experience implementing HR policies and procedures, with a solid understanding of Indian labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in HR systems or HRIS tools, along with basic skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.
