Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, references and other sources.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.
- Handle client queries and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Arrange and conduct property/site visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain proper records of leads, calls, follow-ups and visits.
- Coordinate with the sales team and management for smooth deal closure.

Requirements




- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
- Basic knowledge of real estate is preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
