Role Overview:

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring recent Enterprise clients within a designated vertical, territory, or set of named accounts. This role requires a strategic focus on cultivating long-term customer relationships, expanding business within existing accounts, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience across the enterprise segment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans for assigned territories or named accounts, ensuring accurate sales forecasting and alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Gain deep insights into clients business models and data ecosystems to identify critical challenges related to security, privacy, and compliance.
- Maximize share by promoting the full portfolio of data privacy and cybersecurity solutions.
- Lead and manage complex, high-value sales opportunities with strategic oversight and key account management expertise.
- Drive the adoption of data privacy and cybersecurity solutions by articulating their value in the context of risk mitigation,



data governance, and regulatory compliance (e.g., DPDPA).
- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key influencers and decision-makers, including CISOs, DPOs, Risk & Compliance Officers, Procurement Leaders, and other senior stakeholders.
- Navigate complex sales cycles with a strategic approach, aligning solutions with clients privacy frameworks and operational objectives.
- Partner with internal teamsincluding Product, Legal, and Engineeringto ensure solution alignment and deliver a compelling value proposition.
- Collaborate with channel partners and the broader ecosystem to extend market reach and accelerate customer acquisition.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree in Business Management is preferred.
