Seven P’s Consultancy is looking for an experienced
Sales Executive
to join our growing residential real estate advisory business in Mumbai.

? Location: Mumbai (Ghatkopar)

? Experience: 2–5 years

? Salary: ₹30,000–₹40,000 + attractive performance incentives

What you'll be doing:

• Handle residential recent-project enquiries

• Qualify leads and drive site visits

• Follow up and convert prospects into EOIs/bookings

• Build relationships with brokers/channel partners

• Generate business through personal network and referrals

• Handle negotiations and coordinate the complete sales process

• Maintain a strong CRM pipeline and follow-up discipline

Who we're looking for:

Someone who has
actually sold residential projects




and understands the complete journey from lead → site visit → negotiation → booking.

We are especially interested in candidates with:

✅ Primary/new-launch sales experience

✅ Strong Mumbai market knowledge

✅ Good broker/channel partner network

✅ Proven closing track record

✅ Strong communication and follow-up skills

This is not a pure telecalling role. We are looking for someone who wants to
build and close business
