Role Description
The Senior Sales Representative will drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities for Ray AI and other Diyam AI solutions. This part-time remote role involves managing the full sales cycle,



from prospecting and discovery calls to product demos, proposal development, and contract negotiation. The individual will build and maintain solid relationships with key decision-makers in HR, talent acquisition, and business leadership, while educating them on the value of conversational AI and intelligent automation. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining an organized pipeline, preparing sales forecasts, collaborating with marketing and product teams on messaging and feedback, and representing Diyam AI in virtual meetings, events, and demos. The Senior Sales Representative will also contribute to sales strategy, refine go-to-market approaches, and help shape customer success by ensuring a smooth handoff to implementation and account management.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, HR tech, or AI-driven solutions, with a track record of meeting or exceeding
