Role Description
This is a part-time, remote Online Tutor role focused on supporting K–12 students in core academic subjects. The Online Tutor will conduct live, virtual tutoring sessions, following school-approved curricula and Edunara’s instructional guidelines to reinforce key concepts and build skills. Responsibilities include preparing lesson materials, adapting explanations to different learning styles, monitoring student progress,



and providing timely feedback to students and, when needed, school staff. The tutor will maintain accurate session records, use Edunara’s online platforms and tools effectively, and participate in periodic training and coaching to maintain high instructional quality. Consistent attendance, professional communication, and adherence to program schedules and standards are expected.

Qualifications
- Solid subject-matter knowledge in one or more K–12 areas (Mathematics) and ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently.
- Experience with online teaching or tutoring platforms and comfort using video conferencing, digital whiteboards, and learning management tools.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening, culturally responsive interaction, and the ability to build rapport with diverse learners.
- Organizational skills for planning lessons, managing time across sessions, and document
