OMM Enterprises is looking for a Sales Head – Dealer Development & Telecalling to lead and manage our sales and telecalling operations in the industrial machinery sector.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, sales management, and team-handling skills, along with experience in B2B sales, business development, telecalling, or industrial machinery sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the telecalling and sales team.
- Train, guide, coach, and motivate team members to achieve sales targets.
- Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Prepare effective calling scripts and sales strategies.
- Monitor call quality, follow-ups, lead conversion, and team performance.
- Allocate leads to telecallers and ensure timely follow-up.
- Develop and expand the company’s dealer and distributor network.
- Generate new business opportunities through B2B sales and dealer development.
- Maintain and regularly update CRM and customer databases.
- Conduct daily and weekly sales review meetings.




- Prepare sales reports and track team performance.
- Analyze sales data and identify opportunities to improve conversions.
- Collect customer feedback and coordinate with management for product improvement.
- Develop action plans to increase sales and improve overall team performance.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and business partners.

Candidate Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, or preferably Industrial Machinery Sales.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in leading a sales or telecalling team.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive knowledge of sales processes, lead management, and customer follow-up.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and sales reporting.
- Ability to analyze sales performance and take corrective actions.
