To be successful as a IAM Engagement Lead, you should have experience with:
- Using AI technology tools as part of daily work, including technical evaluation, report generation, plan development and executive reporting. Experience simplifying processes, reducing manual effort and leveraging automation tools.
- The ability to break down multi-layered technical assignments, explain the impact, and prioritise tasks based on data.
- The ability to work across a highly matrixed organisation to drive progress and deliver broad objectives. Ability to engage technical teams, senior leadership, suppliers and business stakeholders.
- Experience with and an understanding of cyber security threats,



vulnerabilities and the processes used to address them
