Role Description
We are looking for a
Sales & Business Development Intern
to support our growth by identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, initiating conversations, and assisting in converting business opportunities into software projects.
You will work closely with the founding team and gain hands-on experience in
B2B sales, lead generation, client outreach, requirement understanding, proposal coordination, and business development
.
This role is ideal for someone who is proactive,
confident in communication, comfortable with outreach, and interested in understanding how technology solutions can solve real business problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients across relevant industries and markets
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, online platforms, and other channels
- Conduct market and company research to identify potential business opportunities
- Initiate conversations with prospects and introduce HuemanX's services and solutions
- Draft personalized outreach messages, emails, and follow-ups
- Understand client requirements, business challenges, and pain points
- Qualify leads based on business need, budget, timeline, and project requirements
- Coordinate with the founding and technical team to understand potential solutions
- Schedule and assist in client meetings and discussions
- Maintain lead and prospect information in CR
