About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Manager to drive sales for our residential and commercial fresh real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in real estate sales, excellent knowledge of the local property market, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, developing client relationships, generating business opportunities, and leading the sales team toward achieving revenue and booking targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales for recent residential and commercial real estate projects from launch through closure.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
- Generate leads through channel partners, direct sales, referrals, networking, digital leads, and other sources.
- Manage and convert leads into site visits, bookings,



and successful closures.
- Conduct property presentations and explain project specifications, pricing, payment plans, amenities, and USPs to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers, investors, channel partners, and brokers.
- Develop and manage a network of channel partners and property consultants.
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments to increase sales.
- Monitor competitor projects, pricing, customer preferences, and market trends.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Coordinate with marketing, CRM, legal, finance, and project teams to ensure smooth customer conversion and closure.
- Handle customer negotiations and support the team in closing high-value deals.
