About the Role

We are seeking a Business Development & People Operations Associate to support our growth through professional outreach, lead development, partnerships, and selected internal coordination.

Responsibilities
- Research and identify relevant organizations, institutions, and potential partners.
- Generate and qualify leads through professional outreach.
- Initiate conversations, present collaboration opportunities, and coordinate follow-ups.
- Schedule meetings and support prospects through the conversion process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, meetings, and outcomes.
- Build professional relationships with prospective partners and stakeholders.
- Support recruitment coordination, candidate communication, onboarding, and basic HR administration.
- Assist with internal team communication and documentation when required.

Engagement





This is a part-time, fixed-term engagement initially focused on business development and outreach. Continuation and expanded responsibilities may be considered based on performance and organizational requirements.

Compensation

Performance-based incentives are provided for successful business conversions during the initial contract period. No fixed monthly salary applies during this period. Terms will be shared clearly with selected candidates before engagement.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience, excluding internships. Robust communication, outreach, follow-up, relationship-building, and organizational skills are required. Experience in business development, sales, partnerships, recruitment, or HR is preferred.
