Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant,
The role focuses on delivering high-quality Oracle HCM Cloud solutions by leading client workshops, designing system architectures, and managing full project lifecycles—from requirement gathering to post-go-live support. Senior consultants are expected to have
5+ years of experience
and deep expertise in multiple modules of Oracle Fusion HCM

Experience
8–10 years (Minimum 5+ Years of Experience on Oracle Fusion)





Key Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering & Analysis
- Engage with HR stakeholders to document business processes and functional requirements.
- Perform Gap Analysis to identify where standard Oracle functionality needs custom extensions or workarounds.
- Translate complex business needs into detailed functional specifications (e.g., BRD, MD50).
- System Configuration & Implementation
- Lead the end-to-end configuration of all HCM modules.
- Setup enterprise structures, legal entities, and workforce structures.
- Configure complex workflow routing rules for Employee and Manager Self-Service (ESS/MSS).
- Testing & Quality Assurance
- Develop comprehensive test plans, scripts, and scenarios for System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Manage regression testing for quarterly Oracle updates to ensure recent patches do not disrupt existing processes.
