Priciple Duties and Responsibilities
- Technical leadership of junior team members
- Architecting current microservice applications
- Promote GenAI-supported software engineering
- Standardize and continuously improve existing applications. Conduct code reviews, establish govenrance framework and manage jira projects
- Develop and support data-driven applications with integrated front-end and back-end services.
- Create responsive web and mobile interfaces using Python, JavaScript, HTML5/CSS3, and modern frameworks.
- Build efficient back-end services, APIs, and server-side components using Python etc.
- Design and maintain SQL/NoSQL databases for secure, high-performance data management.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes) for deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, data scientists, and subject matter experts to align solutions with business goals.
- Learn tire industry processes and apply them to technical development.

Experience
- 8 or more years of experience designing and delivering data driven applications in microservices architecture. Experience with technical leadership of junior team members

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Significant experience in front-end development using modern frameworks and languages such as React, Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Significant experience in server-side development using Python
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and service-oriented design
- Understanding of modern cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, particularly as they relate to front-end deployment and performance
