We are seeking experienced and passionate educators to join our
Power Batch Department
as
Online Faculty
members for
JEE and
Foundation segment.
Subject:
Chemistry and Biology (Foundation i.e. 9th & 10th)
Maths and Chemistry (JEE)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, high-quality online lessons for both
YouTube audiences
and
paid batch students.
- Develop comprehensive study materials, practice problems, and interactive quizzes.
- Conduct
live classes, doubt-solving sessions, and pre-recorded lessons.
- Align lesson plans and teaching methodologies with the
Power Batch Curriculum.
- Foster a
positive and interactive learning setting
for students.
- Collaborate with the content team to create
innovative and student-focused content.
Requirements:
- Qualification:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in the respective subject or a related field.
- Experience:
Prior teaching experience (online or offline) preferred.
- Language Proficiency:
Must be fluent in both
Hindi and English.
- Technical Skills:
Familiarity with
digital teaching tools, virtual whiteboards, and video editing
is a plus.
- Other:
Strong communication skills and a passion for teaching.
Work Mode:
WFH (Classes will be scheduled through green chroma setup)
Demo Video Submission:
Applicants must submit a
20–30-minutes
demo video (google drive link) explaining a topic from their subject. The video should highlight
teaching style, content delivery, and interaction skills.
