We're looking for a passionate Baker / Pastry Chef who is eager to learn, takes pride in their craft, and enjoys working in a quality-focused pastry kitchen.

What You'll Do
- Prepare pastries and desserts according to standard recipes while maintaining consistency in taste, texture, quality, and presentation.
- Execute customer orders efficiently for both dine-in plating and delivery packaging.
- Assist senior chefs with new product development, seasonal specials, and menu innovation.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, labelling, and FIFO standards.




- Monitor inventory and report raw material requirements.
- Guide and support interns and junior team members.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workstation.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve recipes, workflows, and kitchen processes.

Who We're Looking For
- 0–4 years of experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen (Commis III, Commis II or
Commis I
, depending on experience).
- Diploma or formal training in Pastry & Bakery.
- Passion for baking with strong attention to detail.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Up to date with contemporary pastry techniques and food trends.
- Comfortable working regular evening and night shifts.
