About the Role

Inflex Media is looking for a
Content Strategist
who can turn brand objectives into strong, relevant and engaging content ideas.

This role goes beyond content writing. You will be responsible for understanding brands, audiences, competitors and cultural trends, and translating those insights into
content strategies, campaigns, social media concepts and creative directions
that help brands stand out.

You will work closely with the social media, design, video, performance marketing and client servicing teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop monthly and quarterly
content strategies
for multiple brands across industries.
- Create clear
content pillars, communication themes and brand narratives
.
- Build monthly social media content calendars with strong concepts across Reels, static posts, carousels and Stories.
- Generate fresh
campaign ideas, hooks, formats and social-first concepts
.
- Research competitors, international brands, category trends and emerging social media formats.
- Identify trending conversations, formats,



memes and cultural moments that brands can participate in.
- Translate client business objectives into actionable content ideas.
- Write and/or guide solid copy, scripts, headlines, hooks and campaign messaging.
- Create detailed creative briefs for designers, video editors and content creators.
- Work with the creative team to ensure the final execution matches the original strategic idea.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, pitches and campaign development.
- Review existing brand content and identify opportunities to improve engagement, reach and positioning.
- Use social media analytics and performance data to understand what content is working and refine future strategy.
- Ensure every brand maintains a distinct and consistent tone of voice.
- Proactively bring new ideas to clients rather than depending only on client briefs.
