Role Description
The Chief Growth Officer is a full time, on-site leadership role based in Pune City, responsible for driving sustainable revenue and market expansion for The Gut Lab. This position oversees sales, business development, and marketing initiatives,



aligning growth strategies with the company’s mission and long-term goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing growth plans, managing key partnerships, optimizing customer acquisition and retention, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results. The role also involves analyzing market trends, setting performance targets, monitoring KPIs, and refining strategies based on data-driven insights. The Chief Growth Officer collaborates closely with the founding team and other leaders to shape brand positioning, expand into new markets, and enhance the overall customer experience.
