Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the company's social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Create engaging content around bioculture products, manufacturing processes, applications, industry developments, and company updates.
- Develop ideas for LinkedIn posts, Instagram Reels, carousels, videos, infographics, and other digital content.
- Write clear and engaging captions, post copy, and content descriptions.
- Research biotechnology, bioculture, manufacturing, and industry-related trends and topics.
- Convert technical information into simple, easy-to-understand social media content.
- Assist with photography and video content related to the manufacturing facility, products, team, events, and company activities.
- Support the creation and management of the social media content calendar.
- Monitor competitors, industry leaders, and relevant social media trends.
- Track basic social media performance metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, followers, and content performance.
- Assist in promoting company announcements, exhibitions,



conferences, product launches, and industry events.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect information, images, technical inputs, and updates for content creation.
- Ensure all published content follows the company's brand guidelines and maintains professional communication.

Requirements
- Robust interest in social media and digital marketing.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and an ability to develop engaging content ideas.
- Basic understanding of platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Ability to research technical or industry-related topics and present them in a simple format.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar tools is a plus.
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work collaboratively with marketing, technical, and other internal teams.
