Job description
- Take care of the girls and maintain all the facilities.
- Handling Incoming & Outgoing Calls, Visitors, Managing incoming letters/postal mails/couriers.
- To plan for the upgrade of facilities in the hostel.
- Supervising and developing hostel recreation facilitates educational activities and other programs.
- To ensure maintenance of discipline in and around the hostel.
- Responsible for maintenance work of the hostel.
- To maintain and preserve relevant records of hostels.
- To supervise the hostels for its day-to-day functioning.
- Manage hostel operations and student coordination
- Robust management and communication skills
- Experience in school/hostel administration preferred
