Role Description
As a Faculty Member at PW in Chandigarh, you will deliver high-quality, concept-driven instruction to students in your subject area in an on-site classroom environment. You will plan and structure lectures, design practice questions and assignments,



and conduct doubt-clearing sessions to support wide-ranging learning needs. The role includes creating and updating teaching materials, contributing to recorded or live sessions as needed, and aligning content with PW’s curriculum and examination standards. You will monitor student performance through tests, provide constructive feedback, and participate in academic discussions to continuously improve pedagogy and outcomes. This is a full-time role requiring active collaboration with academic and operational teams to support student success and uphold PW’s educational standards.

Qualifications
- Strong subject-matter expertise in the relevant academic discipline (e.g., Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, or related field) and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
