The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying suitable candidates, coordinating with department heads, scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process from sourcing to joining. This role can be full time from our office or remote, depending on the candidate's experience and suitability. Key Responsibilities - Understand manpower requirements from different departments and coordinate recruitment accordingly. - Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, recruitment networks, references, and other channels. - Screen CVs and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
