Role Responsibilities
- Build block-diagram models and control algorithms that reflect real engineering workflows in domains like automotive powertrain & chassis control, aerospace flight control & guidance, industrial automation & motor drives, robotics & motion control, and power electronics.
- Use block-diagram simulation environments to create, simulate, and debug plant models, controllers, and closed-loop systems — including continuous and discrete-time dynamics, subsystems, and state machines.
- Translate open-ended control and system design problems into self-contained tasks with reference solutions.
- Review work produced by other engineers by giving technical feedback.
Requirements
- Have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace, Mechatronics, Control Systems,
or similar) or a related technical discipline.
- Have experience with at least one block-diagram modeling and simulation tool like Scilab Xcos, MATLAB/Simulink, Ansys SCADE Suite, or ETAS ASCET.
- Have a working understanding of control systems fundamentals — transfer function and state-space representation, discretization and sample-time selection, solver choice, and closed-loop stability.
- Possess robust English communication skills, with a focus on written proficiency.
