As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional HR & Legal Manager to establish and strengthen our Human Resources and employment legal operations across the Mumbai region.
This role is critical in building a solid local recruitment network, ensuring timely hiring of quality talent, maintaining HR compliance, and acting as the Corporate HR & Legal representative for all Mumbai operations.
Position Summary
The Regional HR & Legal Manager will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment, strengthening HR governance, ensuring employment law compliance, managing employee relations, and coordinating employment-related legal matters for the Mumbai region.
The incumbent will work independently while maintaining close coordination with the Corporate HR & Legal Department at the Delhi Head Office.
Key Responsibilities
A. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for all showroom and corporate positions within the Mumbai region.
- Build and maintain a strong local talent pipeline through networking, headhunting, referrals, consultants, job portals, institutes, and social media.
- Develop relationships with recruitment consultants, placement agencies, and educational institutions.
- Recruit for positions including:
- Store Manager
- Assistant Store Manager
- Sales Executive
- Cashier
- Stock Executive
- Visual Merchandiser
- Area/Cluster Management positions
- Corporate Office positions
- Conduct interviews, candidate assessments, salary negotiations, and hiring recommendations.
- Ensure quality hiring within defined turnaround timelines.
