One of our leading IT MNC Clients in Hyderabad is looking IT PMO Role on Contract basis.

Role: Alliance Operations Governance & PMO (C2H)

Exp.: 14- 16 Years

Contract Duration: 6-8 Months

Shift Time: 2 PM to 11 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Growth Platforms leadership in maintaining the Alliance operating cadence,

including annual, quarterly, and monthly planning cycles, governance forums, business

reviews, and leadership checkpoints.

• Serve as the subject-matter expert for Governance & PMO processes and own the

design, documentation, maintenance, and governance of operational playbooks,

escalation pathways, and operating standards across planning, incentives, and

performance-tracking cycles.

• Act as the Operations Lead for the Growth Platforms program, serving as the primary





point of contact for operational matters and stakeholder coordination.

• Standardize and optimize processes by clarifying roles, handoffs, timelines, templates,

approval points, quality checks, and required outputs.

• Independently manage integrated workplans across multiple workstreams, documenting

priorities, milestones, deliverables, owners, dependencies, and expected outcomes.

• Establish and administer a structured intake and prioritization process for current requests,

initiatives, and operational support needs.

• Manage the governance calendar, meeting agendas, pre-reads, action and decision

logs, and follow-up activities for key leadership and operating forums.

• Define service levels, quality standards, delivery controls, and quality assurance

processes for recurring Governance & PMO activities and deliverables.

• Monitor risks, issues, assumptions, and unresolved bottlenecks; ensure that owners and

mitigation actions
