Job Description

We are looking for a Scouting Manager – Models & Talent to support our talent acquisition and development activities for the Kolkata market.

The candidate will be responsible for researching the market, identifying potential talent, maintaining talent databases, initiating professional communication and coordinating the onboarding and development process.

This is a hybrid role based in Kakinada, with the primary business focus on Kolkata.

Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential models, actors, influencers and content creators in the Kolkata market.
- Build and maintain an organised database of prospective and existing talent.
- Source talent through social media platforms, professional networks, educational institutions, events, referrals and industry contacts.




- Review talent profiles and assess their suitability for different commercial opportunities.
- Contact prospective talent and explain the company's services and opportunities.
- Coordinate introductory calls, meetings, auditions, portfolio requirements and test assignments.
- Maintain accurate records of talent profiles, availability, experience and professional information.
- Develop and maintain skilled relationships with talent and industry professionals.
- Research upcoming fashion, advertising, entertainment and media opportunities in Kolkata.
- Coordinate with the company's Founder, Styling, Casting, Marketing and Production teams.
- Provide regular updates on new talent, market activity and scouting progress.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow company policies when handling talent information.

Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in talent scouting, casting, modelling, entertainment, advertising, influencer management, recruitment or a related field
