is a new game development studio focused on creating high-quality, immersive game experiences. We are looking for a talented
3D Workplace Artist
to join our team and help build detailed, optimized, and visually engaging game environments.

Responsibilities
- Create high-quality
3D setting assets
for games using
Maya
and
ZBrush
.
- Design and build
modular environment assets
such as buildings, structures, props, walls, floors, and architectural elements.
- Create detailed
high-poly and low-poly models
suitable for real-time game production.
- Sculpt and refine assets in
ZBrush
to achieve high-quality details.
- Prepare optimized assets and integrate them into
Unreal Engine
.
- Set up materials, textures, and assets for real-time rendering.
- Maintain proper topology, UVs, texel density, and optimization standards.
- Work closely with designers and other artists to maintain a consistent visual style.
- Follow established game art pipelines, naming conventions, and technical requirements.

Requirements
- Strong knowledge of
Unreal Engine




and real-time environment workflows.
- Proficiency in
Maya
for modeling and asset creation.
- Good knowledge of
ZBrush
for high-poly sculpting and detailing.
- Understanding of
modular environment workflows
and game-ready asset production.
- Good understanding of
UV mapping, topology, baking, materials, and optimization
.
- Strong understanding of environment composition and visual quality.
- A good portfolio demonstrating
3D environment and game-ready assets
.

Positive to Have
- Experience with
Substance 3D Painter/Designer
.
- Knowledge of Unreal Engine materials and environment assembly.
- Understanding of
Nanite, Lumen, and modern Unreal Engine workflows
.
- Experience working on game environments or real-time projects.
