We are looking for an E-Commerce Marketplace Executive to manage our daily operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho & eBay.
Duties: Product listing, price/stock updates, cataloging, processing daily orders, printing shipping labels, and managing inventory. Candidate must have prior experience with marketplace seller portals and basic Excel knowledge.
Key responsibilities:
- Account growth
- Product listing, catalog & inventory management
- Order processing and shipping/dispatch
- Managing returns, refunds & cancellations
- Tracking shipments and coordinating with courier partners
- Handling marketplace account issues and notifications
- Updating pricing, stock and product information
- Managing day-to-day seller account operations
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho or eBay
- Valuable knowledge of product listings and order processing
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
Experience: 1–3 years preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
