We are seeking an experienced Head of Quality Engineering & AI Quality to define and execute our long-term quality vision as we evolve from traditional software testing to AI-powered, autonomous Quality Engineering.
This leader will build a next-generation quality organization that leverages automation, AI agents, predictive quality analytics, intelligent test generation, and continuous quality monitoring to deliver world-class healthcare technology.
The role will partner closely with Engineering, Product, Architecture, Data Science, DevOps, and Security teams to embed quality into every stage of product development while enabling faster, safer, and more reliable releases.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Define and execute the organization's Quality Engineering strategy aligned with the company's Vision 2030.
Build a roadmap for transitioning from manual and script-based testing to AI-assisted and Agentic AI Quality Engineering.
Establish Quality Engineering as a strategic business capability rather than a testing function.
Create a culture of continuous quality improvement across the organization.
AI & Intelligent Quality Engineering
Build AI-driven testing capabilities using Generative AI and intelligent automation.
Introduce Agentic AI workflows for autonomous test creation, maintenance, execution, and defect analysis.
Leverage AI to perform:
Test case generation
Test optimization
Defect prediction
Root cause analysis
Intelligent regression selection
Risk-based testing
Evaluate and implement AI-powered QA platforms and tools.
Drive predictive quality analytics using engineering and production data.
Automation Excellence
Define an automation-first strategy with measurable automation coverage goals.
