Client Coordinator Skinoq Pal, Surat

About the role

Skinoq is looking for a warm, organised and results-oriented Client Coordinator for our Pal clinic in Surat. You will be the first point of contact for clients and will help create a smooth experience from the initial enquiry and appointment through consultation, treatment scheduling and follow-up.

Key responsibilities

Welcome clients professionally and understand their requirements.

Manage incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries, appointments, rescheduling and reminders.

Coordinate consultation and treatment schedules with doctors, therapists and the front-desk team.

Maintain accurate client records, lead status, follow-up notes and next actions in the CRM or tracking system.

Explain Skinoq services, packages, pricing and processes clearly and accurately.

Follow up with recent enquiries and existing clients to improve appointment attendance, continuity of care and client satisfaction.

Support ethical service and package conversions based on the clients needs and the doctor’s recommendations.





Handle routine questions and concerns calmly, and escalate clinical or sensitive matters to the appropriate team member.

Collect client feedback and help resolve service issues promptly.

Support daily reporting on enquiries, appointments, follow-ups and conversions.

Protect client confidentiality and follow clinic SOPs at all times.

Keep the reception and client interaction areas professional, organised and welcoming.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate in any discipline.

1–3 years of experience in client coordination, customer service, front desk, telesales or relationship management.

Experience in healthcare, dermatology, aesthetics, beauty, wellness, hospitality or premium retail is an advantage.

Strong spoken communication in Gujarati and Hindi; working English proficiency is preferred.

Comfortable with calls, WhatsApp, CRM tools, spreadsheets and basic office applications.
