About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our multi-cuisine restaurant in Bharuch. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage restaurant operations while ensuring excellent food quality, service standards, guest satisfaction, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Restaurant Operations
- Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
- Ensure smooth coordination between the kitchen, service, billing, housekeeping, and other departments.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and service.
- Ensure the restaurant is adequately staffed and operationally ready during all shifts.
- Monitor table turnover, service speed, and overall guest experience.




- Handle opening and closing procedures and ensure proper cash and operational controls.

Team Management
- Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff.
- Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance, leave, and shift allocation.
- Conduct regular briefings and training sessions for service and operational staff.
- Maintain discipline, grooming, punctuality, and professional conduct.
- Build a positive and high-performance team culture.

Guest Experience
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high guest satisfaction.
- Personally handle customer complaints, feedback, and special requests professionally.
- Develop strong relationships with regular customers and corporate/local clientele.
- Ensure a welcoming, clean, and comfortable dining environment.

Sales & Financial Management
- Monitor daily sales, expenses, food costs, and operational costs.
- Work towards achieving monthly sales and profitability targets
