About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Manager – Field Sales to join our Spa & Wellness business in Bangalore.

The ideal candidate should have strong field sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to generate new customers, develop business partnerships, and achieve monthly revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and local business contacts.
- Visit and develop relationships with corporates, hotels, PGs, gyms, apartments, offices, and local businesses.
- Promote spa services, packages, memberships, and special offers.
- Convert leads into customers and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop local marketing strategies.




- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and personal meetings.
- Develop corporate and local partnership opportunities to increase customer footfall.
- Coordinate with the spa operations team for smooth customer handling.
- Maintain daily field visit reports, lead reports, and sales performance reports.
- Take ownership of assigned area sales and revenue targets.

Candidate Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in field sales, business development, or direct sales.
- Experience in Spa, Wellness, Hospitality, Salon, Fitness, Retail, or related industries is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation, convincing, and closing skills.
- Ability to independently generate leads and convert prospects.
- Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated.
- Good knowledge of the Bangalore local market.
