Job Summary
The Guest Relationship Executive (GRE) will be the first point of contact for customers visiting
TATRA's project sites and sales offices in Bengaluru. The role is responsible for delivering a warm,
professional, and memorable customer experience by welcoming visitors, coordinating site visits,
supporting the sales team, and ensuring smooth front-office operations.
Key Responsibilities




Customer Reception & Experience
- Welcome all walk-in customers, channel partners, and corporate visitors in a courteous and
- professional manner.
- Register visitors in the CRM or visitor management system and maintain accurate records.
- Understand customer requirements and direct them to the appropriate Sales Executive.
- Ensure customers are comfortable throughout their visit and provide refreshments as per
