JOB DESCRIPTION: Mumbai Business Head / Senior Client Servicing & Operations Head

It is a Mumbai-based corporate events, experiential marketing and brand activation agency servicing some of India's leading brands, including Audi, Škoda, Samsung, Tata Motors and other marquee corporates.

Our business is primarily focused on brand activations and experiential marketing, along with corporate events, conferences, launches, dealer meets and employee engagement programs.

The Opportunity

The Company is looking for an experienced Mumbai Business Head / Senior Client Servicing & Operations Head to take complete ownership of the Mumbai business.

This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for managing key client relationships, leading the servicing and operations function, overseeing project delivery, and ensuring that the Mumbai team consistently delivers high-quality, commercially viable projects.

Approximately 75% of the business is activation-led, with the balance comprising corporate events and other experiential projects. Therefore,



robust experience in brand activations, BTL, experiential marketing and on-ground execution is essential.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Servicing & Relationship Management
- Take senior-level ownership of key client accounts and relationships.
- Act as the escalation point for important client requirements and issues.
- Understand client marketing objectives and translate briefs into effective activation and experiential solutions.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with Marketing Heads, Brand Managers, Trade Marketing teams, Corporate Communications and other key stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business, account growth and cross-selling.

2. Activation & Project Leadership
- Lead the end-to-end servicing and execution of brand activation projects.
