Role & responsibilities

Rossari Pet Care is seeking a results-oriented Digital Growth & D2C qualified to build and scale its digital commerce business. The incumbent will be responsible for driving online revenue, customer acquisition, marketplace expansion, brand visibility and digital consumer experience across the Rossari D2C platform, Google Search, AI-powered search platforms, e-commerce marketplaces, quick-commerce platforms and social commerce channels.

The role will own the end-to-end digital growth strategy, including Digital P&L;, performance marketing, search visibility, marketplace growth, customer retention and digital analytics, while building Rossari Pet Care into one of India's most trusted and preferred pet care brands.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Digital Business & Growth Strategy
- Develop and execute the overall Digital Growth and D2C strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Own the digital business including revenue growth, profitability, customer acquisition and Digital P&L.;




- Build scalable customer acquisition and retention strategies to maximize Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
- Drive sustainable online sales growth across all digital commerce channels.
- Identify new digital growth opportunities through emerging platforms, partnerships and technologies.

2. Search Engine & AI Search Optimization
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to achieve Top 5 organic rankings for strategic keywords.
- Improve website visibility through Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Content SEO and Link Building.
- Optimize digital content for AI-powered search experiences including ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Perplexity and other emerging AI search platforms.
- Monitor keyword rankings, search trends and competitor performance to continuously improve discoverability.

3. Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube and other digital advertising platforms.
