Build strong relationships with customers and ensure consistent business growth. Take ownership of assigned business development and customer acquisition goals. Recruit, onboard, train, guide, and motivate Business Development Executives and Promoters/Brand Ambassadors.



Build and manage a strong field team to expand the company's market presence. Set transparent goals for team members and monitor their performance regularly. Support BDEs and field team members in customer identification, sales, and business development activities. Conduct regular field visits and participate in customer acquisition activities alongside the team. Mentor team members and help them improve their sales, communication, and business development skills.Monitor the overall performance of the team and take corrective or improvement-oriented actions whenever required. Maintain strong coordination between the field team and management. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business and performance reports. Identify new markets and opportunities for expansion.
