About the Role

We are looking for a smart, proactive and technology-savvy Technical Recruiter with 3–5 years of hands-on recruitment experience.

The ideal candidate should understand technology from a recruitment perspective and be confident in sourcing, engaging and thoroughly screening candidates across Web2, Web3, AI/GenAI, software engineering and business functions.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working on challenging requirements, exploring current sourcing methods and using AI and innovative recruitment practices to improve hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment requirements from requirement understanding, sourcing and screening through interview coordination,



offer follow-ups and joining.
- Conduct detailed candidate screening calls to assess technical skills, project experience, technology stack, role fit, career progression, compensation and notice period.
- Hire across Web2, Web3, AI/GenAI and modern software engineering technologies.
- Work on roles including AI Engineer, GenAI, Technical Architect, Solution Architect, Node.js, React, Full Stack, Data Engineer, Project/Program Manager and similar technology positions.
- Handle requirements ranging from junior to senior and leadership positions.
- Build strong passive candidate pipelines through LinkedIn and other sourcing channels.
- Effectively leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and recruitment channels beyond Naukri.
- Conduct market mapping and talent research to identify relevant companies, talent pools and potential candidates.
