Role Description
The Research and Development Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for planning, leading, and executing R&D; initiatives that support new service offerings, process enhancements, and strategic business objectives. Day-to-day activities include designing research frameworks, analyzing market and industry trends, evaluating data-driven insights, and translating findings into actionable recommendations.



The manager will coordinate cross-functional projects, set milestones, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of R&D; outcomes. In addition, the role involves guiding and mentoring the R&D; team, fostering a culture of innovation, preparing reports and presentations for senior leadership, and ensuring alignment of R&D; activities with organizational goals.

Qualifications
