ABOUT THE ROLE
- We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive with a minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in selling IT software and technology solutions.
- The candidate will be responsible for handling company-provided leads, identifying customer requirements, presenting suitable software solutions, conducting online product demonstrations, following up with prospects, and converting qualified opportunities into customers.
- The candidate will also be expected to generate additional leads independently through cold calling, LinkedIn, referrals, and other relevant channels whenever required.
- The ideal candidate should have solid communication, consultative selling, negotiation, and product presentation skills, along with a proven track record in B2B software sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Ø Lead Management & Sales

· Contact and follow up on company-generated leads through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and online meetings.

· Understand the source, requirement, and potential of each lead and prioritize opportunities accordingly.

· Qualify prospects based on their business requirements, budget, decision-making authority, and purchase timeline.

· Generate additional qualified leads independently through cold calling, LinkedIn, referrals, online research, and other channels whenever required.

· Maintain consistent and timely follow-ups with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
