Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 8+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.

OR

Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science,



or related field and 7+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.

OR

PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 6+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.
- 4+ years of work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.

Role Overview
We are seeking a
Director of Software Engineering
to lead critical firmware and platform software development for
Server CPU and SoC platforms
. This role is responsible for building and scaling high‑impact engineering teams that deliver robust, high‑quality firmware across the server stack, enabling reliable, performant, and secure platforms at scale.

The Director will partner closely with
functional leads across firmware domains and geographies
to define and execute the mandate for the team in the
Bangalore Development Center (BDC)
, while maintaining robust alignment with global architect
