About The Role
We're looking for a hands-on
Software Engineer
with strong
C#/.NET development expertise
and a growing interest in applying AI technologies to modern enterprise software solutions. In this role, you'll design, build, and maintain secure, scalable, and reliable backend services while contributing to AI-enabled capabilities that improve automation, developer productivity, and product intelligence across Hyland's enterprise platforms.

You'll work within a collaborative engineering team, developing production-grade applications using modern C# and .NET technologies, participating in architecture and design discussions, and leveraging AI-assisted development tools responsibly. Exposure to Python, C++, or Java is beneficial for integration, automation, and interoperability scenarios, but the primary expectation is
robust C#/.NET engineering expertise coupled with an AI-first mindset

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise software solutions using modern C# and .NET technologies, with a focus on scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.
- Build and enhance RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems that support Hyland's enterprise applications and cloud-based services.
- Contribute to AI-assisted development practices using tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, and LLM-powered capabilities while maintaining engineering quality, security, and testing standards.
- Participate in technical design reviews, code reviews, and troubleshooting activities, applying strong software design principles, object-oriented programming concepts, and architectural best practices.
- Investigate and resolve moderate to complex production issues, optimize application performance, and improve system reliability in cloud and containerized
