Our client, a leading law firm, is actively expanding its Banking & Finance practice and is looking to hire high-calibre
Associates, Senior Associates, and Principal Associates across Mumbai, Delhi, and Bangalore.

This is an prospect to work on complex and high-value domestic and cross-border financing transactions alongside some of the most respected practitioners in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising banks, financial institutions, funds, NBFCs, and corporate borrowers on a broad spectrum of financing transactions

• Leading the drafting, review, and negotiation of financing, security, and transaction documentation

• Working on acquisition finance, leveraged finance, project finance, structured finance, debt restructuring, and syndicated lending transactions

• Managing due diligence, transaction execution, and closing processes





• Advising clients on regulatory and compliance matters within the banking and financial services sector

• Collaborating with clients, counterparties, and external counsel on complex and time-sensitive transactions

We are keen to connect with lawyers who have strong Banking & Finance experience, excellent drafting and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to handle sophisticated transactions.
