Role summary

Shashwath Consulting is hiring for Aurelios Energy a Marketing Manager to own its marketing function end-to-end — strategy, campaigns, content, and channels — and build the brand’s presence in international markets through LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta, and email marketing.

Key responsibilities
- Own the marketing calendar and posting cadence across LinkedIn, YouTube, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads; YouTube/Google Ads a plus) targeted at international B2B and industry audiences
- Build and run email marketing campaigns — newsletters,



nurture sequences, and project/product announcements
- Manage the LinkedIn company presence: thought-leadership posts, executive ghostwriting, and community engagement
- Brief and direct the AI Graphic & Video Designer on content needs; review and approve creative output
- Track campaign performance (reach, engagement, leads, CPL/CPA) and report monthly to leadership
- Manage the marketing budget, ad spend, and any external vendor/agency relationships
- Research target international markets and position Aurelios Energy against competitors
- Stay current on AI marketing tools and identify opportunities to use them for speed and efficiency

Required qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in digital/social media marketing, with ownership of full-funnel campaigns
- Proven hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn
- Experience running email marketing programs (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Kl
